Intro

  Hi guys and gals, this is me again with a makeup review.  Today I am going to be reviewing an eyeshadow palette that came in my September Walmart Beauty Box celebrating Latino Heritage month.  I was excited to try a new eyeshadow palette from of a brand I have never heard of.

Looking at the website lunamagic.com I realized that the creators of this line are two Dominican sisters, which made me so happy  to see Latina creators representing the  beauty industry. .

Review of Palette

      The palette comes in a lightweight and compact navy blue component with gold lettering. It retails for $26 and is available on their website or at Walmart.
Inside you will find 12 soft and buttery shadows of which 7 are matte are 5 are metallic. The softness of these shadows make it a breeze to blend, but at the same time there is a lot of fall out on the pan. Its not a big deal for me but I know to some it is.

       The colour selection I found to be a perfect balance of neutrals and pops of colors which I really enjoy seeing in palettes.  A light dust of Mamacita (matte cinnamon) is a great all over the lid color and Bebé (dark brown ) as a crease color and Diamante (red/dark brown ) for the outer edge, which is a great basic frame for any eye look. 

      

       Two tips when using the palette is to prime your lids I recommend the Kiko Milano Pearly Eye Base or the MAC painterly paint pot. As when packing the shadows on the lid, especially the metallics, I highly recommend to use  of a wet brush to maximize performance. 

      The Luna Magic Uno Palette is a great palette for beginners and pros alike. Creating looks with this palette are endless.  If you are looking for a nice, affordable good quality, travel friendly eye shadow palette look no further.
